RGPV has not authorized any KIOSK/Cyber Cafe to offer university services on behalf of the RGPV University. "Please do not go and pay any extra charges to any KIOSK or cyber café" or any individual to avail the services of RGPV portal as neither RGPV nor Banks charge any Additional Transaction Fee to do the online payments on the portal.
Student Himself / Parents / Guardian / Institution are only allowed to do the student registration and online fee payments on the portal.
For safe transactions and to save money, always try to access the portal from Internet connectivity available at your Institute, at Home or at known places.
It is recommended that you do not share your internet banking account information and related credentials (username or password) with any internet café or individual
In case of transaction failure, do not make another transaction, register your complaint at the Help Centre and wait for response.
All students must verify that your personal Email ID and Mobile numbers are entered in the portal Registration Form.
It is now mandatory to all student of RGPV to open their accounts either in Union Bank/ Punjab National Bank and have the internet banking facility to pay all the fees to RGPV through Portal http://www.rgpv.ac.in
