The campus of Rajiv Gandhi Technological University is around 241.14 acres in area situated on four lanes Risen - Narsingarh by pass main highway. The major campus consists of plain area and a small part of it is located on hilly terrain.

The proposed master plan of the campus is incorporating various land uses such as academic/instructional area, administrative area, recreational area, student's amenities area, hostel area, residential area etc. Apart from it, provisions have been kept for landscaping, green belt, circulation road networks etc.

Keeping the idea for optimum utilization of college campus area with proper ventilation and maintain decorum and peace without any disturbance and provide a safety.

University is located at a very beautiful hilly site, Developmental and construction works are commencing on large scale immediately and construction of some faculty blocks is in progress. Landscape proposal for university campus has been prepared by Architects of repute. Its implementation is in full swing.
